Footnotes |
|
|
MISS CORONADO set the pace along the
rail, responded when challenged in the stretch and was fully extended to last
over EYE DAZZLER. The latter, off slowly, was rated off the pace, angled four
wide on the far turn and rallied along the outside to just miss. SOCIETY
SELECTION taken in hand to track the pace, made a run three wide on the far
turn to reach the leaders, then didn't do enough late. LAST SONG stalked the
pace, made a run at the winner between horses through the stretch and hung.
MARINA DE CHAVON chased the winner into the far turn and tired. FROM AWAY
reserved into the far turn, faltered in the drive. PICK OF THE PACK steadied
in the early going and again along the inside on the first turn, then was outrun. |
