WATER CANNON broke alertly, had speed
along the rail, eased out midway on the backstretch, stalked the leader two
wide, rallied late and was along in time between horses. PAWYNE PRINCESS ,
two wide the first turn, angled to the rail after gaining a clear lead midway
on the backstretch, continued to save ground and weakened late. IRISH LADDIE
saved ground, eased outside in midstretch and closed the gap late. PADDINGTON
, rank entering and around the first turn, raced along the rail in the
stretch and came up empty. CRYPTIC SKIER , outrun, raced wide in the stretch.
LAST FRONTIER , three wide the far turn, faltered. MAGAZINE lacked speed,
raced wide in the stretch, stopped and was eased. |
