KEY DEPUTY hit the gate at the start, moved up to track the pace three wide around the turn, then rallied under pressure to be up in the closing strides. RECORD TIDE sprinted to a clear lead along the inside, made the pace to deep stretch but couldn't resist the winner in the final yards. CHINA GRIND rated off the pace after being checked from tight quarters at the start, raced four wide on the turn and finished willingly for the show. MOMBO LOCO unhurried early, closed with a belated rally. CHAMPAGNE ACCOUNT chased the pacesetter off the rail into the stretch and tired. OUTRIGHT STORMY failed to menace. WERBLIN rated off the pace, steadied in tight quarters entering the turn, then was forced to steady again in midstretch to avoid running up on rivals and failed to threaten. BALLISTIC MISSILE well placed racing along the inside, faltered in the drive. TRUMAN'S RAIDER was outrun. HECKOFANACTOFOLLOW showed little. SUPER CASE was racing three wide when caught in tight soon after entering the turn and faded. CONSENT was done early.

IVANAVINALOT was steadied when she broke in at the start, sprinted to a clear lead along the inside, made the pace to inside the eighth pole and gave way. HOUSE PARTY allowed to settle, swung wide for the stretch run and lacked a rally. CRIMSON AND ROSES chased the pace into the far turn and tired. PESCI reserved in striking position off the pace, faltered leaving the far turn. SHOT GUN FAVORITE raced five wide on the far turn and faded. CELLARS SHIRAZ bumped with SCAPADE and steadied on the first turn, then was not a factor. LINDSAY JEAN chased the pace to the far turn, stopped and was pulled up in the stretch.
