2 points for 1st round winner correct
4 points for conference semifinal winner
8 points for conference champion
14 points for NBA champion

3 (missed by 3 or more games): 0 points

for seeds:
Take the differential of seed
numbers, and if your team has the higher number and won the series, you get
the points.
Examples:
1 beats 4: you get 0
8 beats 1: you get 7
5 beats 4: you get 1
